Naked....Smoothies

To each his own, but I would never include a Naked protein smoothie in my diet during weight loss. They're 220 calories for 8 oz., 35 carbs and 28 grams of sugar with only 16 grams of protein for all that. No thanks. Heaven forbid you drink the whole bottle (because there are actually 2 servings in there) then you're consuming 440 calories! On a 600-800 calorie diet? And that's only for their protein smoothies, their other smoothies only have a couple grams of protein generally and just as many calories. There are much better choices for protein supplements. If you like the fruity stuff, try Nectar protein powder. They have good fruity flavors and blend it with some fresh berries.

They are simply not worth it nutritionally. Most pre-packaged smoothies are troublesome in one component or another. The problem is that to keep the taste and texture while reducing either carbs or fat they add the other.
Learn to make your own smoothies at home. Its ultimately a lot cheaper, you can use better ingredients, and get any flavor you want.
