Merry, Merry all you lovely people!

Merry, Merry Christmas to all my sleeve sisters and brothers!!!!!!!!  Off to visit family today and determined to get thru without falling prey to my food demons.  If this is your first X-mas with your sleeve -- YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!  And if you slip a little, no-one is going to die!  Give yourself the gifts both of forgiveness and also of love -- no yelling at yourself, but also no futzing around and endangering your sleeve, whether new or old.  I am so grateful for this place.  At alomst 2 years, i'm still here most days and couldn't do it without you ALL!!!!  Much, much love!
