I have always listened to what Frisco says. "under eat your sleeve". I am 7 mounts ot and for supper tonight I ate 1.5 oz of roasted boneless skinless chicken breast, less than 1/4 cup steamed brocoli and 1 teaspoon of diet margarine and I am full.
For snack I had under 1 oz of beef jerky.
For snack tonight I will have 8 oz of fat free milk.
