My Holidays, My Sleeve, My Status
I've been on a slow slide down the scale since, oh, October maybe? Ten pounds lost since then, and I'm fine with that, because I'm continuing the slow slide down by "living differently" as Ruggles put it in his post earlier. My entire approach to eating has changed, and that means, yes, during the holidays I did "indulge" but I stayed within 3-4 pounds of my lowest weight, and as of today, I'm at my lowest again.
I love my sleeve. I love my body. I love my attitude, that I (of COURSE) feel guilt when I go off plan, but I also know I am in control and I do control it. I've thrown away a lot of goodies to get rid of them. I've eaten more than I should. But I'm still feeling good, looking good, and am ready to continue the slow slide down.
I'm three pounds from my original goal when I first joined this site. Thirteen from the goal I changed to.
Twenty-three from my new goal of 135.
Yep, I'm moving the target lower.
I'm joining the Century Club, or know the reason why!
Happy New Year, Y'all!
