Weekly goals let's go!!
My goal is to get myself back on track....1. being on here with you all..... 2. checking in and keeping on plan... 3. planning my meals better and leaving the carbs at the store ... 4. water, water and more water....something I lack .... 5. getting back to support groups.... that is my goal and I am sticking to it...have to or I am going to be in trouble.
Yes it is quite a lot but if I don't put it all out there and see it I know something will slip under the rug and I'll be back fighting my carb demon......and he is a mean mutha......I live in northern California and the support group is the 16th....too far away but right now it's all I got.....still researching for some others .... there has to be some I haven't heard about......oh and what is the eating thread and where do I find it???? Or did I read that wrong??

Also I LOVE this ladies blog http://mariahealth.blogspot.com/ I made her gingerbread yesterday. She uses a combination of almond flour and coconut flour and alternative sugars so all her recipes are low carb, high fiber.
