A Pain in the Rear (literally)

This tailbone pain--it's becoming more of a problem for me. Is there a general rule of thumb as to how long it takes to resolve itself? (It does resolve itself, doesn't it?)  And as I lose my last 20 or so pounds, can I expect it to get worse?

I saw this seat cushion in a catalog and am debating whether or not it's worth the expense when I'd rather spend the money on clothes!

I'm not sure if it resolves itself in everyone.  I do know that there's fat down at the bottom of your tailbone and sometimes it can spread out and become thin enough not to provide the cushion it used to..that enflames the nerves down there..you can try ibuprofen (can sleevers take ibuprofen?). My husband had that issue and he bought the seat cushion and it did nothing to help the pain.  You can see your doctor about it  to make sure exactly what is causing the pain.  Generally, though, it's like having a broken toe..not much can be done to make it better but time...sucks..wish I had better news.  Maybe someone else does. :)

Yes I got the two for one deal they have. On at work and one at home. They help a lot.

If you can get in the habit of sitting a wee bit "forward" so that your weight is centered more over your thighs the pain should ease and eventually go away.

I often am able to shift my weight so that it's not on the same spot too long, but sometimes in the car or when I'm out somewhere it's more difficult. Thanks for that advice.
