Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!!
I so badly wanted to try this recipe cause it sounds fantastic. I went to the supermarket (safeway) and they did not have any radishes. I asked the clerk if they had any in the back and he instead took me to the spot where they had Daikon Radishes. I did not ever try them so he cut me a piece. They were great. They are rather large so I peeled one and cut it up into normal radish sized pieces and it was fantastic. Thanks for the great idea.

B: Nectar chocolate truffle shake made w/ skim milk
S: Coffee made w/ SF vanilla caramel creamer
L: Fage w/ a half packet of stevia and 1/4c. crushed pineapple (Delicious!!! Tasted very similar to ambrosia fruit salad)
S: String cheese
D: Baked chicken breast w/ roasted radishes (THANK YOU ELINA!! Your radishes are amazing, easy and guilt-free)
S: ? Probably more radishes. Hehehe. (I swear, even if you hate radishes you'd love these.)
Liquids: Plugging away.
Vits: Will take when I get home.
Exercise: Bought my personal trainer package today. Didn't actually do anything, but hey, I'm stepping in the right direction.

I used to celebrate milestones and achievements with food, but I decided a better reward was purchasing 10 personal training sessions and a Zumba class. Go me!

Exercise: 30 Day Shred for sure tonight! I effing need to do something even if it's just to relieve some hardcore stress going on in my life right now!!!
