OT: Fashion help needed, again!

So I bought the pencil skirt and am trying it on with various tops that I already have.  This is a size 14 skirt.  But here I am wearing a size SMALL sweater.  Does it look odd?  Too tight/small? Like I'm deluding myself?  Also, shoes? They are leather, and I figure I'll wear black tights with them, but do I need a different shoe altogether? Opinions?  Help! And be honest. I can take it.

Looks good to me and the sweater is a perfect fit. You might get some tights that have a pattern too. Shoes are good. Maybe consider raising the hem of the skirt an inch.?

I have black tights on the way, and patterned sounds like a good idea. Thanks.

And yes, I am going to raise the hem. I was just trying to decide whether to keep the skirt or not.
