Frisco, I have a question related to drinking water. I am 3 months postop. I eat 1-5 to 2 oz dense protein each meal or snack. Sometimes when I am drinking my water in between meals, I get a very full feeling, but I am pushing the water. I take in 10-12 eight oz glasses per day. Is it okay to feel that fullness with water or I am pushing my capacity too much? Or does it not matter with the water because the pyloric valve stays open to allow water to flow through intestines?
A fullness feeling "can" mean "pressure"..... I'd just make sure you were a least 60-90 minutes past a meal and maybe slow it down a bit.

Thanks. Yeah, I do usually wait an hour to drink my water. Good tip I picked up from you because I really do believe it allows the dense protein to keep me full longer. I just find myself feeling very full while I am drinking my water all day long. Maybe I am being over zealous. I am an over achiever by nature. Damn curse.
