I've officially hit Onederland! I was beating myself up royally yesterday for going off track. I slipped due to the running around we are trying to do to get ready for my stepson, and I admit, I had a couple potato chips to hold me over until we got home. Hubby kicked me in the butt and helped me to get out of my funk and back on track.

I hopped on the scale this morning, fully expecting to see a pound higher, if not the same, but I weighed in at 198! I haven't been this small in over 9 years! Squeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

That's great! Congrats! Sometimes a small carb spike can help us burn a little more. Just don't fall into the trap of thinking its ok because it's a rabbit hole.

Definitely not falling into that trap! lol I'd be having all kinds of sweets cravings thanks to my insane hormones, but everything I look at just makes me shudder. I'm doing all that I can to stop the emotional eating. Today, I've been so busy that I barely have time to STOP and eat. At least it's keeping my mind off of things. :)

OH!! CONGRATS!!! ONEDERLAND!

I hope to join you there !!!!

So tell me...once you get there...are there harps playing...clean crisp air and lush green gardens with flowers??  It's been so long for me...I forget how Onederful it is!!!

YAY you!!!!!!!

Do you like jerky or almonds?  I always have some turkey jerky and the little sleeves of 100 cal almonds in my bag just in case I get caught out and about and my timing for my planned meals gets thrown off.

Enjoy the victory!!!

LOL I have to be honest, since we're potting training our youngest midget, we have the little noise makers and stuff for when she goes. I totally blew one for myself. hahahaha I just tried turkey jerky and I like it. I don't know if they have it in slim jim form, but I'll take what I can get!
