www.myfitnesspal.com I think that is the one you are talking about. That is what I use and it is really good. You can also google "nutrition facts for ____" and there are other websites as well.

I use mfp, too. But can you actually put in an entire recipe and have it break it down per oz for you?

It does it per portion. You have to say how many servings your recipe contains and it does break it down per serving.
