Diet Confusion
Assuming you are in the weight loss phase rather than maintenance (though I would guess you want to watch it in maint too), you still need to watch your fat intake (bleu cheese and such can quickly add to your caloric intake) and some of your dressing additions could quickly spike your calorie intake. I use my fitness pal to track my eating and I like it because I can not only set my own caloric intake goals, but carb and fat and protein goals as well. This helps as I add meals. I've learned to add my meals before consuming to eliminate surprises.
Hope this helps.
I buy a dressing made by Bolthouse Farms that is made with greek yogurt. The blue cheese dressing only has 35 calories per serving. Love it. I buy it at Wal-Mart.
I hate low fat and fat free dressings; especially ranch. This does not taste anything like those.

I eat healthy fats like olive oil and nuts and seeds, but I measure and try not to overdo. Your body needs healthy fats to assimilate the nutrients from the other foods you eat.
Your dressing sounds good, you will not to be able to eat a big salad, so just make sure that you use just enough dressing to make it tasty.
