Lil Graphic....EWE....Had my first "barf" experience....

was eating softly cooked veggies and all of a sudden i could feel it stuck in my esophagus, then my mouth was watering...then -----well you know the rest.

so is this from eating too fast or the food not agreeing with me? i don't think enough time lapsed for it to not agree with me???

Could be either. Go slow and chew wayyyyy more than you think you need to.
