When you bust your butt, and then you get on the scale in morning all pumped up, thinking you're definitely going to be at least another pound down and then you look down at the scale and it says: "Hahahaha, what? You thought you would get good news from me? Umm, no, no, no. Now run along and do another workout, chubbypants." Thanks scale. Thanks.

Hi there,

here is what you do. Put that scale away and only take it out once a week, same day each week. That way you will most likely always have a success and not get upset. Also, it is not only pounds that count but also inches. So measure your body top to bottom if you have not done that already and write it down. After a week you will measure again and you will see you lost inches for sure. I am sure you are doing all you can do to lose those pounds, so stay on track and don't get discouraged.

Good luck,

Hugs,

Rita
