Keep us up to date on what you find that works the best!  I have to avoid most of the "tol" family unless I'm prepping for a colonoscopy (6 sugar free jelly beans does the trick!  LOL!).

I've used some weird stuff back in my Atkins days, but I never tried cellulose.

Yet another reason I just don't bother with synthetic sugar very often. Or, hell, synthetic food either. I swear, they aren't even producing food products anymore. Labels are truly scary.

Easy for you --  since you live in the land of abundant succulent smoked meats!  Who needs anything else to survive!  LOL!  My husband can't wait until Christmas -- BBQ and Mexican food every day!

Keep this theory in mind with other "no calorie" foods, too.  Like "I can't believe it's not butter spray."  Calculate a whole bottle of that stuff and you get way more than "no calories."

The "I can't believe its not butter" people got busted I think.  I noticed around the middle of last year that the zero calorie version disappeared completely from store shelves in my area.  Now they just have "light".  But you are correct.  Never assume any zero calorie food is really zero calorie.
