I am not perfect

I don't even know what perfection is.  I imagine it is all a matter of perception.  As I see it, there are many degrees of success in this WLS game and we have to choose our own path to our goals.

You obviously are happy with your results and that is all that should matter.

I want to take this opportunity  to say thank you for being willing to share your experiences with all of us here at OH. I know that even those who have reached their goals quickly haven't been perfect. I think Frisco is right, anyone who has needed WLS to help them get the weight off has had to battle food issues. Nobody is perfect, and there really isn't a "perfect" plan, but that being said, I am so grateful to you and the others who have helped those who have come after your time of WL. I was one who had to take mandatory classes (Kaiser) to help me prepare for the lifestyle change that WLS requires. But, I have learned so much more from you and others who have lived it than some skinny NUT who has never had a weight problem. I am also thankful that you continue to share with us the good, the bad, and the ugly of life after VSG.

I think you are awesome and inspiring. I look forward to your posts bc you always come from a place of honesty and support. No one is perfect, and it's great to be reminded that all people, no matter how successful they are, stumble sometimes and have to work hard to fight their demons
