D: Probably grilled Mexican spiced chicken (cumin, paprika, red pepper) and a corn and avocado salsa on the side
I've either been eating too much of the wrong things lately, or not enough of anything. Today isn't a particularly hungry day so we'll see- I need to work in getting in more protein

S: cojack cheese stick and turkey pepperoni
D: attempting baked chicken taquitos with wonton wrappers and a greek yogurt coleslaw on the side...we'll see how this turns out lol

I'm actually the worst and didn't cook last night, instead I went out to dinner with my sister LOL. I am making them tonight and will note how they are tomorrow!

2: three Sargento RF string cheese sticks, one tomato slice
midday treat: coffeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee with .5 c unsweetened almond milk, 2 Tbsp Torani SF salted caramel syrup. Yes, I'm excited. :)
3: .75 c 1% cottage cheese
4: 3 oz canned chicken, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, two tomato slices,
vitamins and fluids: on track

D: leftover Rainbow trout stuffed with lobster and shrimp (from Longhorn) and maybe some broccoli ←← its amazing! Yum!
S: maybe a cheese stick or maybe hot sf oregon chai tea with milk. Yum!
