B:  Strawberry light yogurt
L:  Left over piece of lamb chop and some broccoli
S:  Some tuna and reduced fat wheat thins
D:  Probably grilled Mexican spiced chicken (cumin, paprika, red pepper) and a corn and avocado salsa on the side

I've either been eating too much of the wrong things lately, or not enough of anything. Today isn't a particularly hungry day so we'll see- I need to work in getting in more protein

I'm actually the worst and didn't cook last night, instead I went out to dinner with my sister LOL.  I am making them tonight and will note how they are tomorrow!

Thank you for today's quote, Ms Shell.  I will apply that to a big, irksome project I have today.

1:   three 3 egg whites fried in scant Pam, .5 c JD turkey sausage crumbles

2:   three Sargento RF string cheese sticks, one tomato slice

midday treat:  coffeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee with .5 c unsweetened almond milk, 2 Tbsp Torani SF salted caramel syrup.  Yes, I'm excited.  :)

3:   .75 c 1% cottage cheese

4:   3 oz canned chicken, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, two tomato slices,

vitamins and fluids:  on track

exercise:  bike

S: 4 oz Oikos 0% Honey Greek Yogurt (I'm in love)

L: 1/2 cup chicken broccoli cordon blue soup

S: 1/3 cup 1% cottage cheese

D: leftover Rainbow trout stuffed with lobster and shrimp (from Longhorn) and maybe some broccoli ←← its amazing! Yum!

S: maybe a cheese stick or maybe hot sf oregon chai tea with milk. Yum!

E: day off thank goodness! Getting a massage though!

W: never enough. Will work on that

V: will take all when I get hone. Got in nexuim and b12 sublingual so far
