B: Orange juice, later pineapple Chobani
S: coffee
L: Salad w/ chopped egg and seeds over greens and mixed veggies with low-cal dressing, top off a slice of ham pizza (man, I still mourn the crust)
S: k-cup cappuccino
D: Starkist tuna creations in the sweet and spicy flavor, steamed veggie
S: Cottage cheese and/or half a warm Click shake
Liquids: So far so good.
Vits: Done already.
Exercise: Resting today.
B: Click protein shake
L: Starkist ready to eat Tuna Salad, cheese stick
S: Starbucks Skinny peppermint Mocha grande
D: Tyson grilled chicken in the pouch 3oz topped with 1 tbls teryaki glaze
S: apple and 1 oz montarery jack cheese
Vit: on track
Water: 93oz (only 10 to go!)
Exercise: Just Dance 4 on the Wii for 30-45 min
Still struggling to get back on track after all my traveling and I am leaving again on Friday for Washington DC. Ready to be home and back in my routine for good!
B: Babybel light & 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt with SF strawberry preserves + a tall Americano from Starbucks
L: 1/2 cup of FF cottage cheese with SF strawberry preserves and lots of pickles + 1 oz of veggie stix (not a good choice)
S: 1/2 cup of FF cottage cheese with SF strawberry preserves & Babybel light & a few more pickles
D: 3 Jennie O turkey meatballs with 1/4 cup of tomato sauce and sprinkle of 2 % cheese
S: Sugar free popcicle and an apple
Water: Good to go
Exercise: 50 minutes on elliptical this am and some strength training later today

Pre-Breakfast- Green Smoothie (spinach, greek yogurt, almond milk and protein powder)
Breakfast- an egg w/ cheese and center cut bacon
Lunch- 4 oz chicken breast with broccoli and quinoa
Snack- 4 oz greek yogurt
Dinner-oatmeal and tilapia???? (i know weird combo, but I have a taste for both...like fish and grits kinda...? LOL)
