For me.........

No In&out in WL.....

In maintenance ....... At 3+ years out.... I can't/don't eat that much per meal.

I occasionally have a single the way you describe .....

Those numbers are about twice of a normal VSG meal for me...

I was about to ask how many ounces of beef? Probably best to make ur own burger. Turkey burger may have even better stats. I hate in n out. Yuk. Super salty too. Double yuk.

No.  For those kinds of calories, I'd expect around 50g of protein.  And, if there's no bun, where are all the calories coming from?  Probably very fatty beef!  I have nothing against beef, but really, hamburgers are easy to make and you can control the quality of meat you use.

That serving size translates to over 12 ounces of food by weight.  Yikes.  About two-thirds of those 520 calories are from fat.

You could do half the meat and half the cheese.  That would cut back on calories.  Also, does that 520 calories include the sauce?  If you cut the sauce and use mustard instead, and just do one patty and cheese it might be more doable.  I think even one whole patty with cheese might be too much volume for the sleeve.

I'm an In N Out Girl from way way back.  Grew up in Pasadena and have been going since the 1970's so I know the lure of a double double.  Since being sleeved my head thinks I can have a double double protein style.  But when I listen to my body and look at my weight loss goals, I reconsider it and realize it's just an old emotional response.  In N Out is no longer my friend.  We had an abusive relationship that I had to end.

Too high of calories and too much fat and probably loaded with sodium too.

New to the Website and first time poster, but I did want to add, I purchase round steak when it is on sale and have it ground in the meat department.  Then you pre package it any size you need.  Much less fat and no unidentified crunchy objects . . .
