I keep hearing that almonds have health benefits.  What do you know about that, Keith?

BTW, that recipe sounds pretty good.  I'm also curious about Saigon cinnamon vs regular cinnamon.

Almonds are a great healthy snack. They have a good amount of healthy fats. Very important for hormone balance in women. there are two basic types of cinnamon. Personally I think the Saigon cinnamon tastes better. I am not sure if the other type is a thermogenic or not.

Hi Keith! So I posted about some almonds I tried that were soooo good. I couldnt remember what they were. Well I found some at Costcos today. They are smoked. Super good. Even my kiddos love em. Im gonna try yours also. When I need something sweet.
BTW we actually had a somewhat warm nice day w/o snow today. So yeah...
