E - Gym tonight maybe, awefully tired

G - No sleep last night, had some veggies with lunch, pretty good on exercise this week not perfect, doing good on snacking

Hi Keith! I read your responses often and appreciate your comments. May I ask you your serving sizes of the things you just listed? I am 6 weeks out and haven't gotten a concrete answer from my surgeon or NUT. I like numbers. Thanks.

Ok.  It's not great but here it is for the world to see...

B:  skinny salmon wheat bagel from Brueggers

S: Wonderslim Caramel Butter Pecan bar

L: Campbell's condensed chicken noodle soup (trying to ward off yet another cold)

S:  If I have one it will be Wonderslim Peanut Butter Crisp bar

D:  I know I should but I have no idea

W:  16 oz so far and working on my second bottle

My report isn't stellar today either. I am having serious head hunger and maybe some phsiologic hunger too. My weight has been at a standstill for more than a week and my body goes into these convulsions before dropping weight. I get so hungry and have to fight not to feed the monster. If I am successful, I will drop a couple pounds in the next day or so. If I am not so successful, well you know what happens.

B: 1 deviled egg and protein coffee shake

S: fat free cottage cheese and unsweet pineapple (1/8 cup)

L: homemade chili with one wedge laughing cow melted in

S: 1 Reese's mini egg (the little half ones wrapped in foil)

D: planning salmon and veg

Water: 13 cups goal (have been able to get 14-15 these days)

Vits yep

Walked on treadmill this morning! Yay!!! Committing to do this again tonight. You heard it here.

Thanks for posting Keith.  I have not been a good gurl on a good eating plan so I have been avoiding this thread.  I still should have initiated it since I told Ms. Shell I was her back-up but I have forgotten lately since I haven't been posting so thank you!!!

B: Chike iced coffee protein shake with 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk & 8 ounces of water

S: "Just the Cheese" low carb snack, a handful of flaming hot peanuts (I feel like a eating machine today & it's gotta stop!)

L: Vanilla Greek Yogurt

S: Jalapeno string cheese, some turkey pepperoni slices

D: ?  (who the frig knows at this point)

Water & Vits: just need B12 in a couple hours, water better be on track, been slacking all week.  I get bad headaches from not drinking at least 8 cups of water a day.

Exercise: more packing & unpacking.  I will be so happy when this is all over.  I'm going on 2-3 hours of sleep just from last night.  I'm frickin' tired as hell.  I need sleep!!!  Maybe I can this weekend since the kids are with their dad.  I miss my kids already though.  (sigh...)

I didn't see anything that looked that bad. Are you eating more because of stress or lack of sleep. I am about like you this week. I am averaging 3 to 4 hours of sleep and I seem to be hungry all the time.

S: hoping to skip it but if I want one I hope it will be a babybel or at least protein chips and not junk

Thanks Keith for starting this.  I am invited to go to a Russian restaurant later tonight.  For those of you who have not gone; it's quite an experience.  Think never ending appetizers, main courses, desserts, vodka, dancing and daytime engineers dressed up as gangsters and hookers.  It should be fun!  The music is seriously dated and the valet has the thickest Russian accent you have ever heard.  You are likely to see old ladies dressed in their finery sitting outside the restaurant having a smoke and eyeing everyone who comes it.  Don't you even think about  asking for a clean glass.  :)  You will drink the vodka and you will like it!  You have to go with the right crowd and the right attitude otherwise you might quickly rethink your evening plans.

So in honor of this event, I am eating extra lean and light today.
