Pouch? What pouch and why would I be testing it?

That makes sense. Thanks.
I like your differentian between Full and Pain-Full. (I've been calling it Full and OverFull - your term is better) I've rarely spat out my last bite, but I've sure learned the hard way that whatever is in my mouth when Fred says he's done is my LAST bite of whatever I'm eating.

Did somebody just step on a nerve? Anyone *****ads this forum should do so with a critical eye. It's just the prudent thing to do. There is a lot of good information here, but some is bound to be misguided or wrong. I have personally made it a habit to research anything that seems outside of the normal. If it isn't justified in reputable literature, it has a good chance of being wrong.
Good grief, chillax would 'ya?
If the person struggling would just eat a few bites of dense protein like a pork chop sans water as instructed, they would quickly understand restriction again. It just can't get any simpler than this can it? Why make it convoluted when it's not necessary?
As I now have "normal" hunger, I would find it very difficult to go back to only liquids &/or purees or CCT or any of that.
