My Wednesday Goals

So. Today I am going to stay under 600 calories.

I'm going to walk at least 10,000 steps.

It's sunny and 48 degrees outside and I'm going to take off for my first foray outside to put some steps on my fitbit.  I ate half a cup of Greek yogurt at 6 am and am eating another half cup now. (Drinking hot coffee between times.)

I'll report in later whether I met either of these goals.

Anybody else want to play along and set a goal for today?

Today I did not get up at 4:45 to do my useral 60 min. On the treadmill. To make up for that, I am going to spend 90 minutes outside after work cleaning up in the yard and hauling brush to the burn pile. I will make my 100 oz. liquids and 90 plus protein. I'm also working hard to keep a positive attitude. These last few days have been mentally trying to say the least. Thanks for posting. Sending out smiles and energy to all today.

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

I just want to stick to low carb today and of course always get my water & vits in.  I did low carb yesterday (26 grams for the day) but calories were a little high for me since the scale is up a few pounds.  I'm just taking it day by day and making the small changes I need for my permanent lifestyle change.  So far so good ... I feel good about yesterday so I want to feel good about today too!!!
