My Wednesday Goals
So. Today I am going to stay under 600 calories.
I'm going to walk at least 10,000 steps.
It's sunny and 48 degrees outside and I'm going to take off for my first foray outside to put some steps on my fitbit. I ate half a cup of Greek yogurt at 6 am and am eating another half cup now. (Drinking hot coffee between times.)
I'll report in later whether I met either of these goals.
Anybody else want to play along and set a goal for today?

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
I just want to stick to low carb today and of course always get my water & vits in. I did low carb yesterday (26 grams for the day) but calories were a little high for me since the scale is up a few pounds. I'm just taking it day by day and making the small changes I need for my permanent lifestyle change. So far so good ... I feel good about yesterday so I want to feel good about today too!!!
