Hi Everyone -

I was reading a blog that OH posted yesterday and came across Apple Cider Vinegar as  way to reduce belly fat.... I am thinking about adding this to my daily intake of vitamins....

My concern is the high level of acid that goes along with it..... how will that effect the sleeve? anyone tried this?

Keep  fighting the fight-!

Its counter intuitive but vinegar reduces stomach acid. I have read that a number of times. I would recommend Braggs. I think the way its made is more healthful. It would be a great addition to your regimine.

2nd what Keith said. I use it every single day in my green tea and have no issues with stomach acid at all. I really don't know how effective it was at reducing my belly fat, but acv has so many healthy benefits I gladly use it. Braggs is what I use.

No! Don't drink from the bottle. You want to keep it away from your teeth. Google it.

Good luck!!
