If you have Trader Joe's--Egg White Salad!
I just discovered this today. Mixed the container with 2.6 oz of tuna and have dinner and lunch for tomorrow. I got the spicy ranchero, which only has 1 g carbs. The nutritional info below is for the egg salad with chives. I am going to go buy more when I get a chance, because this is super easy, delicious, and required practically no work on my part--and by adding the tuna I got a good dose of protein!

I'll have to look for the list, when I get home. It seems so long ago in some ways. Look in the frozen meat section and regular meat sections for high protein foods. Of course, they have Greek yogurt, canned tuna, salmon, crab, etc. and egg whites. I used to like and still use low fat string and baby bel light cheeses. Early on, the baby bell light cheese was just the right size.
I think trader Joe's has almost everything .
