Weekly goals & Execution PLAN...let's go!!!
So here we are Monday, the beginning of the work week for most people. So let's get to planning and executing our plan!!
Goal 1: Operation 100% on my diet meaning plan ALL meals for ALL days, no deviation.
Goal 2: Water keep at 112oz = 14 cups
Goal 3: Workout 5 days this week
Execution 1 = I will plan my diet especially my EVENINGS when I just want to eat AND my weekends. This is a 4 days weekend for me so that means when I do the check in on Thursday I have to have planned my weekend meals. I will also POST on the weekend!
Execution 2 = Consume at least 8 cups by my lunch hour. Consume the next 4 cups before I leave work. Consume the last 2 cups between my workout and home.
Execution 3 = 1) Kettlebells today 2) 2 miles and Personal Trainer on Tues 3) Kettlebells Wed 4) 4 miles on the Treadmill Fri 5) Kettlebells Sat
NEXT...
I'm focusing on 3 things this week my friend...
1. Staying positive. It is definitely the way to go!
2. 6 hours of sleep during the work week
I didn't do so well last night but I got a pleasant surprise so it was worth the lack of sleep but I know I cannot keep that up since it will catch up with me in a few days if I keep it up.
3. Drink at least 8 cups of clear water. I'm trying to lay off the Crystal Light & MIO. I know it's not a big deal for some but I want to see if that sweet stuff helps stop some of the trigger cravings I've been having.

My exercise plan has been very off lately so for this week my goal is to workout four times during the work week. I'm thinking two days kickboxing and two days running on the treadmill at work, either in the mornings or on my lunch break. We'll see how this goes!
I have another full weekend...Friday is a card party, Saturday is a shower, and Sunday I'm visiting my grandmother's grave for the anniversary of her death a year ago. BUSY BUSY BUSY! Probably no workouts will be had on this weekend :\
