hmm, interesting......but a 4 minute workout?? sorry to be a debbie downer, but that;'s like 'lose 30 lbs overnight'....I think if it's added into a regular workout, it probably would be beneficial, but 4 mins a day? hmmm, I dunno.....

The key to this is the super high intensity aspect, done every day or nearly every day...we're talking full on, as hard as you possibly can for these short intervals (90-95% of your max heart rate). Ever heard of CrossFit? Similar concept.

and you don't just do a short workout. There's a warmup (usually 10min of moderate exercise) and some sort of intermediate activity in between.

 

HW: 280; SW: 255; GW1: 150; CW: 155.
