Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!
My food today is blah blah blah.
When this happens, I know that what comes next is overeating all things that are not conducive to weight loss.
However, I'm going to try to hold out for the delicious bockwurst and lamb roast that is Easter at our house this weekend.
B two hard boiled egg whites
S slice of bacon (cuz it was there)
L deli ham & salami wrapped around string cheese
S ?
D salmon, roasted cauliflower, bit of sweet potato.
What's funny is now that I typed all this out, it doesn't seem so blah. Just seems normal.
Just shows how perception is reality. I feel better now.

Dinner will be: Salad w/Grilled Chicken (going out tonight to watch the BUCKEYES play some basketball)

Vitamins: Multi-Check, Calcium-Check, B12-Check
