L: Pureed cauliflower w/ protein powder and locatella cheese (try for 1/4 cup)
D: BA Vanilla protein, 5-6 oz almond milk
S: ?? Woke up late again, so may not want it (didn't yesterday)
W: Working on it...should get to 64+ again
V: 1 calclium and b12, need to take rest later
E: Walking on treadmill 4 x's at 20 min's

L: Pure Protein bar in the chewy chocolate chip flavor (200 cals/20 protein)
S: Light and Fit Greek Yogurt, pineapple flavor (80 cals/12 protein)
D: Starkist Tuna Creations, sweet & spicy flavor (90 cals/16 protein), steamed broccoli (15 cals)

Totals: 705 calories, 80 protein
Liquids: Working on it. Definitely behind.

Exercise: Nope, and I didn't yesterday like I'd planned either so feeling kinda crappy about my lack of exercise. I've just been too sick. I want to be recovered and healthy already!!! Maybe tonight I'll try one of my old walk-at-home video tapes. They're pretty mild.
