Top Protein Shakes - Isopure, Premiere, Unjury, Matrix, etc.
where can you buy the Premier Protein shakes? and what about the Unjury ones?
at my dr.'s office today, the NUT actually recommended what she called the "jello shots" for protein...she didn't say anything about them not absorbing well...who knows...it seems like there are many conflicting opinions and advice from the professionals that it makes me wonder sometimes
You can fine Premier Protein Shakes at Costco and Unjury shakes at www.unjury.com.

I can only tolerate the Premier Protein ones. All the other ones make me gag with too much sweetener or a fake protein taste. You can get Premier Protein drinks at Costco or Sam's Club, you can also order them from their site.

how about Pure Protein shakes, they have 23 and 35g versions of RTD and also powders and bars. their target audience looks more like the fitness/healthers crowd, but stats look ok to this newbie. http://www.pureprotein.net/ havent tried, by my cousin (who is a fitness instructor/kick boxing teach) liked them.
Hi! I met with my nut yesterday and she recommended Isopure Zero Carbs (40g protein) and I went to the GNC store to get one to try. You can buy it by the case at Sam's but I tried grape. It wasn't awesome but I could tolerate it. It has an after taste. She also suggested Pure Protein ready mixed in the can with 35 grams of protein and said Walmart has it but the Walmart I visited didn't have any. Lastly, she recommended Unjury powder. I plan to purchase samples since my surgery won't be until June but I am already increasing my protein.
Since I start my 2 week pre-op liquid diet this Friday, I went to Costco and purchased these Premier Protein Shakes...I haven't tried them yet but figured I can't go wrong with chocolate. :) I'll have to check out the ones from Walmart. Thanks!
Breaza, have you tried this yet? How about anyone else who has tried the Premier Protein shakes--do you like them? I have another question--it appears you can just drink them from the container, but could you also add ice and mix it in a blender?
