Maintenance will definitely be a new experience, as I have never been this thin in  my adult life and I have never been successful maintaining any weight loss in the past. Lets stay in touch throughout our process so we can support one another. Good luck Raven. I know you will continue to do great.

Honestly, I follow what Elina, Frisco and other vets advocate (please forgive me for not remembering all the wonderful people who have helped shaped what I do).  For the first couple months when my capacity was so tiny, I ate maybe 400-500 calories a day, 70g of protein, 20ishg of carbs.  Since about 4-5 months when I have been able to eat a bit more and I've ramped up my exercise, I keep to around 600-650 calories, 90-100g of protein, 20 or less carbs, about a gallon of water a day.  I don't really monitor fat, but it's usually around 30% of my intake.  When I hit a stall, I tend to cut out diary except in my coffee and really focus on getting almost all of my calories from lean protein.  I don't do conservative or moderation well, so this approach is very effective for me and works really well for my rule-abiding, type A personality.  Everyone's journey is different, and I know there are plenty of people who have had great success being more moderate.

Maybe it's the water in Texas!?  I was sleeved about a week earlier and we seem to be on parallel paths. I went from a 52 waist to a 38.  It has been liberating. Keep on laying claim to your new lifestyle. Congratulations!!

Yes!  I knew it was something!  It is the water in TX :)  My waist went from a whopping 38 inches to 29 inches (I'm hour glass shaped).  It's incredible.  Congratulations on YOUR success!
