B; Click Mocha protein shake

S: WW cheese stick

L:  Starkist ready made tuna salad

S:  mini Butterfinger & mini Milkyway bar (I know bad me!)

D: some sort of chicken...maybe Tyson ready made chicken breast (3oz)

S: graham cracker with 1 tsp peanut butter and 1 tsp mini choc chips

Vit: Done!

Water:  way behind...

I'd take a 2lb bloat to spend some time in Vegas. Bloat is temporary.

Will you take 18lbs that takes over 2 weeks to come off?  That's what happend LAST time.  I was surprised my trip to San Fran I only went up 10lbs.

YUP!!  And I still have 1/2 lb will probably have a big drop in the next couple days.

UMMMM your guess is as good as my doctors.  I've ALWAYS bloated during ANY trip out of LA County, but at 345 wearing stretchy clothes who cares and who got on their scale daily.  Since I weigh daily I NOW can put an actual NUMBER to my weight.  I've tried doubling my water, drinking tea, watching what I eat, eating with abandon and last year I asked for water pills...NOTHING keeps it at bay.  I left for San Fran on a Thursday evening, that morning I was 213.6, I weighed Friday morning after my workout and was 215.3 (no biggie it wasn't MY scale etc etc).  I got home Sunday evening got on the scale it read 225.  Got on Monday morning to 223 =).  I'm just now 214.2 (that was over 2 1/2 weeks.  I did drink about 2 drinks with my mio a night.  Sunday I did have a pastry and toast with breakfast.

Yeah soooo the question is is Vegas worth 10+lbs and 2-3 weeks for it to come off??

I'm having a crappy, busy, work week and my eating is suffering because of it.  UGH!  I've only gone to the gym twice and I have not made the BEST choices but I'm working on being better every day.

Had an account presentation today in NJ...had to wake up at 6AM (I am NOT an early bird) so therefore no time for food, only coffee.

B: iced coffee and a small slice of crumb cake during presentation in NJ...

L: took the account to lunch, nearest and quickest place was a Houlihan's, ate the insides of half a southwestern chicken wrap (chicken was grilled thankfully) but I did have a few bites of fries

S: turkey pepperoni and cheddar cheese stick

D: not sure if hubby is home or not tonight. He will let me know eventually I suppose.  If he isn't home, I will eat leftover stuffed peppers from my dinner last night at Becco's (Lidia Bastianich for you foodies!) if he IS home, then I'll make baked mexican chicken tacquito thingies with wonton wrappers.

S: probably shouldn't have this but I know myself, an ice pop

Fluid: terrible, I didn't drink water all day...had to get a vitamin water when I got back to work bc I had the shakes!

Vits: even worse

X: kickboxing!!
