Of course everybody is on a slightly different post op plan but it seems to be extremely standard for your daily numbers to be ...

600-800 calories per day

40 grams or less of carbs per day

80 grams minimum per day

64 oz. (8 cups) minimum fluid intake per day

My nutritionist then said if you go by those numbers and keep things low fat or non fat then everything else should fall into place.

She was right ... I dropped 97 pounds in a little more than 5 months and reached goal.  Have been in maintenance now for almost 7 months.  Things are still great.  Best life saving decision ever to have this surgery.

40 carbs sounds right but also track your fiber. You need 20-25 to counteract constipation which when you net out the carbs gets you to 20 net carbs and maximum ketosis.

800 calories and less than 20 net carbs is the shizzle
