Foamies and Puking for the First Time

I ate 6 nuts this morning for snack.  I chewed the heck out of them.  Must have eaten too fast.  The foamed and puking happened so quickly that I didn't know what hit me.  It was a hard lesson learned.  I won't be eating nuts again any time in the near future, and I am eat more slowly.  Feeling better now.  Man, what an experience.

A lot of people in my January group had issues with nuts.  In four months I only had two issues.  The first was turkey, too fast and just last week beef, which I have had several times, was to much.  So, both issues where my bad and learning experiences.

Nuts don't bother me but I'll get foamies with some other proteins when I eat too fast or too much.

I guess I can consider foamies a weight loss tool.  I cleared my pantry of all nuts.  Lol

Nuts don't usually bother me, but I did have a weird experience two nights ago. I ate some cocoa dusted almonds-less than 1/4 cup before bed and followed it with a few sips of protein hot chocolate that I had been nursing that night. I am 7 months postop and should know better, but sometimes you just lose your mind and you drink too soon after eating. I was miserable until I fell asleep-sitting up of course. It felt like a huge boulder sitting in the middle of my chest, wouldn't go down, wouldn't come up, couldn't even burp. Walked around. Nothing helped. Just had to sleep it off. I did not get foamies. I have never gotten foamies. I have had this big boulder in my chest a couple times when I have overdone it. Of course I usually avoid behaviors that would cause this, but like I said, sometimes you just don't think and your body will remind you real quick.
