Hi....I'm a little over 2 weeks out and I haven't pooped for around a week...
I'm assuming its cause I'm eating absolutely nothing, but I just wanted to make sure it's not something I should be concerned with...
Thanks...

It's normal, try miralax or milk of magnesia...that will get things moving!

Not so gross. We post about pooping all the time.  enlightened

If you haven't gone in a week, get some milk of magnesia and go. If you wait too long it's going to hurt.

It takes a while, but once you introduce fiber (at least 25 grams a day) you will become more regular.

Yep. Lots of poop posts here. I am trying to increase fiber and fluids at over a year out. Constipation has been worse than any stall! Best of luck to you.

I second the Milk of Mag to clear yourself out...then Miralax daily.

**** happens...but sometimes it needs a little help
