What are you doing for YOU this week?
Biking tonight - Recovery day - spinning legs but nothing hard.
Thursday - Time trial to allow my coach to reset my training zones - weather may not cooperate. Time Trials are very difficult. 30 minutes at full power. They hurt. There's a great video if you want to buy it so you can torture yourself: http://www.thesufferfest.com/video-sufferfests/rubberglove/
Friday - easy recovery day. Or Time Trial if Thursday is blown out by weather.
Saturday - not sure, may need 2 recovery days after Time Trial, if the past is any indication.
Sunday - 100k training ride with small group prepping for a 200k event in a few weeks.

Enjoying the trip to San Diego for the weekend. Not only are we both participating in the Rock & Roll 1/2 marathon (DH is running), but it is our 29th anniversary on Monday, so we are making a mini vacation out of it.
Meet up with some OH friends while in SD, need to hang out and have some fun.
