Whatcha eating today VSGers? Friday...
L: scoop and half choc.pro shake w/ Metamucil made w/ water
D: either shake again or yogurt or more egg salad
As I've stated (whined)before im in a stall almost 2 weeks...
I haven't pooped in about a week (or more)( reason for the Metamucil)
My ??? Is..am I eating enough? Is my body in starvation mode..
I get my protein, and about 40-50 oz of water a day, trying to up the water
But it's difficult...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

I need more info to answer are you eating enough??? How far out are you? Are you tracking? Based on the shakes I'm guessing about 60g of protein with is good. Depending on how far out you are determines MY response to the question.
As far as not pooping...collace is a stool softener (if I remember correctly). Metamucil is a fiber additive. Both EVENTUALLY make you go poop. Milk of Magnesia WILL make you go. Again how far out are you?
A stall isn't 2 weeks. Your body undergoes changes. A true stall is more then a month (all of this is to ME).

I'm a month out, surgery was5/1/13...
I have 2 protein shakes a day..
.yogurt, or i eat 1 of the following
2-3 tbs of egg salad or tuna salad
or 1/2 cup chili or 5 mini homemade turkey meatballs w/ pan gravy
depending on the day...maybe a s.f pudding cup..that's it
And of course water til I'm floating LOL!!

B: 1.5 scoops vanilla BA protein, 6 oz almond milk, 2 T PB2
L: 2 egg bites
S: 1.5 oz low sodium boar's head turkey breast, 1 slice reduced fat sargento provolone
D: ?? Date night with hubby
V: Done!
W: Only about 40 oz so far...getting on that now!
X: Going to the gym, not sure if I'll be doing weight machines or swimming laps. Not sure yet!

S - Cream of Wheat & 100 cal Yoplait GY ( I was realllllly hungry)
L - Garlic-Key Lime Chicken and fruit salad -- We have salad Fridays and it was my turn to bring salad. Tried something new.
Raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, coconut mixed with key lime light yogart, honey and key lime juice. Yummy - I only had a little due to the carbs.
S - Premier Protein bar
D - BBQ Chicken meatballs & salad.
W - behind
X - 30 mins upper body and 30 mins cardio
