Try almond milk or coconut milk. Or water down regular milk if you want to reduce the carbs.

If I were you, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Sure, you want to keep calories low and carbs low for the best results but you aren't going to fail at surgery because you had some pureed potatoes during the first week. It's not like that. It takes a lot more choices that are a lot poorer than that to cause failure!

Just do your best and learn from any food mistakes you make ... and there will be more, trust me on that one! mail

Silk unsweetened almond milk is 30 calories and very few carbs. It's good mixed with protein powder! I used skim milk at first too.
