I am going to do my first 5K on October 13th in Nashville TN. I never would have thought that I would even try something like this. Super excited!!

COOL!!! My sister, husband and I are planning to do the Color Run in Sept. in Atlanta. Once I get the clearance from my doc to run I'm starting the Couch to 5k training. Good Luck!!!

Did the Color Rad in Knoxville, Tn in April with co-workers. Had an awesome time. So grateful to be able to live an active lifestyle. Shopping for a bike now. Good luck in Oct.
