The best medication is the one works. Everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for you. Zofran did help me with nausea early out. You may have to try a few to find one that works for you.

My nausea was so bad after surgery, I was re-admitted to the hospital for a weekend.  I was discharged with Zofran 8mg (max dose) 3x/day, Scopalomine patch, and Phenegrin 3x/day.  I was weaned off each med over time individually, so I was on some kind of med for about a month.  Finally, I was able to function without meds to help.  Do whatever they recommend.

I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!
