I'm not really embarrassed :)  I have a theatre degree, so very little actually embarrasses me.  I fall down a lot, knock myself with the kettlebells and generally do stupid things.  Oh well, I'm there doing it!  As I keep telling the instructor - there's nowhere to go but up.

I went to yoga this morning! Already feeling it in my arms and core area. I can't get enough of it right now!!

Unfortunately, I am stuck studying and preparing for class the rest of the day, but I used my mile+ walk to campus as more of a power walk... with a solid 30 pound back pack on in this wonderful heat and humidity. Will do the same on the way back home, unless I feel defeated after my exams. :(

Hope everyone has a great day!

Awesome! I want to try yoga, just feel like a dork every time I try it.

Oh, I'm sure I'm a good sight with my chicken wing arms. But the cool thing is, it's strengthening all the places I want without using weights, making me more flexible so my hips and back are happy and it seriously calms me down. And the best thing to come of it? I'm more appreciative of my body.

I once had someone tell me that yoga is the one thing where people don't judge you on what you can do, only on what you are currently doing to get to that place someday. I liked it. And appreciated it. So whatever I can manage to do today, whether it is balance with my hands touching the ground to balancing with my hands above my head in a month, I'm appreciate of the progress all the time!

I forgot about my 1/2 hour walk at lunch!  Just did 1.75 miles in 30 min (which was good enough for me in this heat!  I'm dressed in work clothes and sneakers lol).

Get done work at 3:30 and will go right to the gym
