What's Your Workout Today VSGers - Tuesday!

A.M.: Brisk walk for 45 minutes, brisk bike ride 10 minutes

Evening: 2 brisk 15 minute walks (heading downtown for an evening event)

Undecided as of yet. 

I am going to warm up on the elliptical.  If I am feeling great, I will continue and do the interval training level  for 60 min.

If my legs are questionable (hard workout last night) , I may change to upper body and end with 30 min of moderate level of elliptical.

 

Either way, I plan on working hard!

my Kettlebells instructor.  EVERY class is different because he changes it up!!!  Tonight I'm starting a class at a school for the next month.  She was my instructor when I first started at the other place so I know she knows her stuff =)

I did 35 minutes on the cross ramp at level 5 ramp 15 for 35 minutes before work.  And I did 20 minutes of lap swimming on my lunch break!  I'm very happy.

Cardio only...I'll probably walk today because its so windy.  I'd like to ride my bike but the the wind is ferocious!!!

I am just three weeks out from surgery and 1.5 weeks out of the hospital for multiple pulmonary embolisms in both lungs so I am taking it easy still. Plus, I have three kids to chase around on top of all this. However,  I biked 8 miles today in 30 minutes and I plan on running a couple of miles later this evening. Happy day to all!
