What's Your Workout Today VSGers - Tuesday!

Undecided as of yet.
I am going to warm up on the elliptical. If I am feeling great, I will continue and do the interval training level for 60 min.
If my legs are questionable (hard workout last night) , I may change to upper body and end with 30 min of moderate level of elliptical.
Either way, I plan on working hard!

I am just three weeks out from surgery and 1.5 weeks out of the hospital for multiple pulmonary embolisms in both lungs so I am taking it easy still. Plus, I have three kids to chase around on top of all this. However, I biked 8 miles today in 30 minutes and I plan on running a couple of miles later this evening. Happy day to all!
