Thank you for posting this, I was just thinking that I wanted to find this 30 day challenge again so I could give it a shot... just might have to.  :)

Keith, your post title made me laugh...........thanks for that!  And thanks for posting the program.  I might just try that since I lost my tuchas..........will this move all the hips down and fill in the loose skin?  LOL

Yep -- I did about 150 -- in the water.  I hurt my knee a couple of weeks ago doing them out of the water. I should be starting again on land this week.

Well..I did my 50...but I guess I'm stuck on day 1 because I've been doing 50 for 3 days. Now...do I take on the 30 day challenge? Maybe I will.Hmmmmm...

I tried doing 50 squats 2 weeks ago and my legs hurt for a week, soooo I have not did anymore!! I would love to do them, but how can I if it hurts that bad?
