Everything looked fine except the way I read it, you may be taking too much calcium. The reference range Quest uses is 8.6-10.3 and you are at 14.2. Too much calcium can lead to kidney stones. Are you taking 1,500 mg per day as recommended? I'm sure your surgeon will back that down when he sees that.

I could be wrong, but that's how I read it.

Your B12 is really really low. You want to keep it at the top of the lab range. Anything below 500ish and you start to get neuroish side effects (tingly hands/feet, brain dead, etc).

What about VitD?

Your pth h is too high. That means you are leaching calcium from your bones to use in the body. You need to increase your calcium till the pth comes down. Lower is better for pth.
Hat. Are you taking calcium citrate? That is. What we need

Did they give you reference ranges for all of these results.  Each analyzer has it's own standards (though they are all pretty close).  Most labs will provide reference ranges for their machines.  It's best to look at your results with the reference ranges from the lab/machine that the blood was analyzed on. You doctor should be the one talking to you about these results, not people on a message board that you don't know the qualifications of.  I hope that your doc will take the time to go through these with you.  If you don't hear from your surgeon, give your PCP a call and ask to discuss them.
