10- 11 weeks ...what were you eating?
I'd say just go with what you've already been eating - protein, lo carbs - and be open to different ways to meet your needs. It's all about making the right choices, whether you're on vacation or not. Just keep doing what you're supposed to do. I went on vacation at 6 weeks out, and this worked for me.
Oh yes, absolutely! But right now I am eating 2 ounces of tuna or cottage cheese (purees) and protein shakes. I am hoping that by the end of August I will be able to eat something from a counter service place at Disney World. It is gonna be a giant pain if I have to carry in little packets of tuna. But, a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do I guess.

I was eating everything by 6 weeks. I was vacationing in Europe with three meals out a day at 12. Dinner would typically be a shrimp ****tail. Lunch a Caesar salad, no croutons, add chicken, i'd have half of that for later, breakfast I'd just order a side of sausage or bacon. it was easy i brought quest bars with me and always had one in my bag, like if we went to the theater and were having dinner afterward and it was too long without food I'd have half a bar. i'd also order a lox cream cheese bagel, hold the bagel. mostly for the early meals I'd order from the sides menu's and from the appetizer menus later. The Caesar salad was always good as i could eat a large amount of lettuce over a long lunch which they always were and i didn't feel like such a freak when everyone else was chowing down on 3 courses, i made some headway through it. I couldn't eat other salads though but it was a breeze. i don't know about places like Disneyland but i would say you might want to carry some cold cuts or string cheese just in case you find a big difficulty. just in a little baggie in your purse because it's one thing to go off plan for something delicious but you will absolutely hate yourself for going off plan for some ****ty counter food. Good luck.
