losing weight at more than 18 months out
Yup, I'm living proof you can continue to lose - just depends on if you're willing to do the work for it :)
I'm also living proof that you can gain if you don't pay attention. LOL! xoxoxo

Right? LOL! It took me 2 months to lose 1 pound so it might be this Winter before I see the actual goal. I've been sliding into maintenance and figuring that part out while playing with it. Part of it is mental, but I feel good about how I've done it.

I think the single most important thing I've gotten from this site is the red line. It is what gives me some measure of confidence with maintenance looming ahead (if I can ever lose these ten pounds, hahaha). I love that it's such a simple little thing. 5 pounds then weight loss mode. It's powerful but so elegant. Just have to NOT put my head in the sand.
Great job and what a great roll model :)
I have been there and done that many a times as well. I still can't get over how much control we have. I too, went a bit overboard over the 4th weekend. I came home right at my red line, and as of today I've lost 3 glorious pounds. That puts me square into my "happy weight"! All in 4 days!
