Ta Da!
A few months ago my trainer said he was sure I'd get under 140 lbs before the end of July. I thought he was full of crap so I bet him $100 that I would not. Looks like I'll be swinging by the ATM in the next few days :)

And yes, those are burgers and fries on my boy shorts.
BTW, my path to success looks like the squiggly one in KeithL's post :)
Thanks to this forum for keeping me going.
Keep moving everybody! You can do it!!!
Lots of sweat and *****ing :)
I had NO IDEA this is what would come of this. I just wanted to exercise so I wouldn't have to lie to my surgeon. But it turned out that having WLS didn't turn me into an exerciser (nor a world-class chef). So I hired a personal trainer to do it for me, and paid a ton of money to work out four times a week for six months. I have about three weeks left, then will taper down to 2x/week with the trainer and pick up two boot camp sessions a week. I'm too scared to quit the trainer just yet.
So, four times a week with the trainer is pretty intense circuit training. I'm doing things I never thought I would do, nor even knew existed. Pretty soon I'll be doing handstand pushups and hopping over a 3' high rail without doing the flop-and-fall method I used to employ. It's been a great journey, one I'd never imagined.
You look GREAT! Look at those guns!!

You look amazing. Your arms are so toned. I started working out with a trainer about 4 weeks ago (3 times a week). Now I have hope that all those biceps and tricep exercises will eventually tone me up and I'm not being sore the next day for no reason. Thanks for sharing!!
It's gonna be the greatest thing you ever did, believe me! And today, after 6 months, I'm STILL SORE. They really know how to get you to push yourself further and get the job done, don't they? It feels like I haven't really worked that much--I just show up and zone out and do what they tell me (and occasionally ***** and moan) and bam! Muscles!!
If I stand just the right way in just the right light...I think there's a bit of abs coming through now too :)
Keep going!! You'll be glad you did!!
Great way to be $100 bucks short !!!!
Great work !
