I eat it the "third" way all the time.  I don't really miss the bread bun at all. Thanks for posting it, I love looking at your photos.

It really does take a couple of years to "fix" the whole bread thing........ Sandwiches and Burgers don't have bread in my mind anymore......

Now, I do eat bread on occasion in maintenance......usually some awesome bread at a restaurant by itself with full on EVOO or full on butter.....a few bites and I'm good....

Yeah, protein style burgers are awesome.  Mine need to have cheese or I can do without.  It''s just one of those things. 

Ham & Brie wrapped in romaine is pretty yummy ... with some dijon mustard ... LORD!!!!

Mine have cheese in them also..... I try and keep the cals under 200 for CF postings........

Ham and brie is one of my favs also..... right now I'm on a Roast beef/Provolone wrap kick....... Mortadella and provolone rules also....

At first glance I thought the first one was made with a "cloud bread" recipe I've seen 'round the net recently, but I see it's not.

I looked at other pics on Cafe Frisco and now I am hungry. Glad to see your recipes so accessible online. This is a great way to choose healthy alternatives and to get out of the boring rut of eating the same things all the time.
