Your burgers look great! I wish fast food places would do something for people who don't eat bread! It's hard when I'm out with friends. All I can do is order and take the bun away. I am definitely going to try your burgers!

I'm with you on the bread. I don't miss it anymore. I eat my burgers ala #3 these days. I found a lean ground bison that I like at Costco of all places. Each packet is 20oz of ground meat. Usually get 6 burgers out of that (2 normal sized ones for Ron and 4 VSG sized for me!)

I sorta like tofu, so I think I might try that Age.
