Do You Need a Do Over--Sleeve Coup Update
I am on day nine of my sleeve coup. I am focusing on following those little rules that we forget as we get farther out. I am working on using fluids correctly, getting enough and separating from food. It has gotten cooler here this week and I have had to go back to work. That makes it harder to get those oz in, but I am sip, sip, sipping some more. The other thing I have started focusing on the last two days has been slowing the speed of my eating. I am doing great so far, but I have not been put in any stressful mealtimes yet.
Food wise, I had to fall back on a bedtime shake to get in enough calories yesterday. Yep that's right! I was so busy and not hungry, that I only got 187 calories in during the day. That is NOT good and was not what I had planned. But I learned two things, my sleeve works real good and I have to make taking care of my nutritional needs a priority. Scale wise, I'm down 8 lbs. 24 more to get back in my cute clothes!!
If you need a do over, join me! If you are not ready yet, don't feel bad. I have been planning this coup for a couple of months. If you want to start getting your head in the game, feel free to talk about the changes you want to make. The more you break it down and analyze your behavior, the more you remember all of the little "rules" that made you successful in the first place. All that thinking will help your do over be more successful.
